Tips and Tricks: Fruits and Oats Weight Loss Diet

Everyone knows how the most important meal of the day would be breakfast. Now, you’re probably worrying about the extra pounds you might put in if you do decide to have a big hearty breakfast. Solution? Fruit-oatmeal smoothies.

Not only are they refreshing; the oatmeal keeps you full. All you need is; a cup of ice, a cup of fruit (any fruit of your choice), a cup of milk and half a cup of oatmeal. Sugar is optional at this point. Blend them all together and you have your breakfast to go.

Healthy Living, Stay Fit

My apologies for not updating my blog. I have been on my mini hiatus because of some important errands. Anyway, I am really guilty when it comes to food. I eat a lot and I have so many favorite dishes which my mom cooks. This is the reason why I am getting bigger now. Yes, not as fit and sexy as before. Working out is also a good way to eliminate those extra fats. That is why, I also tried to go to the gym yesterday. Filipino dishes are so lovely! I love sisig, grilled chicken, adobo, nilaga, and sinigang. I am definitely not a vegetarian but I love veggies so much! I tend to eat them more than meat, I swear! I am not even picky with the foods I eat. I like sea food so much. Fish, crab, shrimp are all just absolutely gorgeous! I also go for pasta when I have the chance. I have never tried Japanese foods yet which I must get around to . I am also looking forward to trying new dishes like chicken casserole in slow cooker and some turkey dishes too!
